KEMBANG SEMANGKUK

perbualan yg menyebabkan mana2 wanita akan kembang dan perasan muda hikhikhik !uweeeeekkk

muka ada cahaya iman dak?hahaha baru pas solat...pucat lesi tak mekap ..mmg malas nak pasang mekap dah..jap gi nak solat asar lak

update corset :-
Corset jenama X ..bru pakai nak masuk 2 minggu.
efek ramping belum ketara...buncit still ada ..tapi asben kata nampak cam berkurang sket kebuncitan
kecian laki kena layan "bang..nampak kurang tak lagik"
"aaa kurang la sikit "ntah dia nak amik ati aku atau ikhlas atau jawap dlm paksa hihihihih

-dari segi berat..turun 1kg...mmg mengurangkan makan..sbb tak leh makan byk...sengkak rasa
-dari segi keselesaan -ok..sgt selesa ..aku pakai keja tak gatai dan tak sakit2 badan

nnt tgk update selepas sebulan...inci kurang ke tak kat pinggang...aku target nak beli jeans bila inci  dah turun

8 FAKTOR AKU GEMUK

cehh mula dah dok sebok cari alasan penyebab badan naik
gelabah bewak dah ni...cewahhh
sebelum ni gelabah cicak jer....dah kena perli sedas...menggelupur !

meh kite sama2 analisis...senarai tidak mengikut keutamaan

1.pil perancang marvelon-ni dah msuk 2 thn ler aku amiknya..kalau kata badan naik...masa bila naik..lepas brp lama amik?

2.aisya dah besar sikit- dulu pon sama..masa aiman dah setahun lebih..badan aku dah naik

3.aku dah stop kopi guara -mmg masa amik kopi ni..berat menten tak naik2..walaupon perut buncit..tapi tak sebuncit sekarang

4.cocoa collagen- adakah ini penyebabnya?dah masuk set ke 4 aku amik nya...asben pon dok cuba analisis..dok teka ini kot penyebab hahahha

5. umur dah meningkat -sila terima kadar metabolisme pon dah menurun..tapi aku dok makan mcm aku umur 20-an dulu ni..makan tak hengat!

6.makan fastfood -ni cubaan nak salahkan en asben yg selalu bwk balik fastfood hehehe...

7.malas buat senaman terutama sit-up

8.mengandung dah 2 kali --cehhh org lain anak sepuluh ramping jer


setelah menganalisis penyebab2....kena la amik langkah2 mengatasinya
aku pon tak tau nak teka yg mana satu antara 8 ni penyebab utama...korang teka ?

langkah pertama aku amik skrg ni ...tak makan malam ..atau makan sblm kul 7..mlm kalau lapar..makan buah saja

sbbnya..aku dok berpegang teori metabolisme tu ehhehe..

for its employees .
The transcript of the chat is given below. Useful for everyone.


Qn: What are the thumb rules for a layman to take care of his heart?

Ans:
1. Diet - Less of carbohydrate, more of protein, less oil
2. Exercise - Half an hour's walk, at least five days a week; avoid lifts
and avoid sitting for a longtime
3. Quit smoking
4. Control weight
5. Control blood pressure and sugar


Qn: Is eating non-veg food (fish) good for the heart?

Ans: No

Qn: It's still a grave shock to hear that some apparently healthy person

gets a cardiac arrest. How do we understand it in perspective?

Ans: This is called silent attack; that is why we recommend everyone past
the age of 30 to undergo routine health checkups
.

Qn: Are heart diseases hereditary?

Ans: Yes

Qn: What are the ways in which the heart is stressed? What practices do
you suggest to de-stress?


Ans: Change your attitude towards life.
Do not look for perfection in
everything in life.


Qn: Is walking better than jogging or is more intensive exercise required
to keep a healthy heart?

Ans: Walking is better than jogging since jogging leads to early fatigue
and injury to joints

Qn: You have done so much for the poor and needy. What has inspired you to
do so?

Ans: Mother Theresa , who was my patient

Qn: Can people with low blood pressure suffer heart diseases?

Ans: Extremely rare

Qn: Does cholesterol accumulates right from an early age
(I'm currently only 2 2 ) or do you have to worry about it only after
you are above 30 years of age?

Ans: Cholesterol accumulates from childhood.

Qn: How do irregular eating habits affect the heart ?

Ans: You tend to eat junk food when the habits are irregular and your
body's enzyme release for digestion gets confused.

Qn: How can I control cholesterol content without using medicines?

Ans: Control diet, walk and eat walnut.


Qn: Can yoga prevent heart ailments?

Ans: Yoga helps.

Qn: Which is the best and worst food for the heart?

Ans: Fruits and vegetables are the best and the worst is oil.

Qn: Which oil is better - groundnut, sunflower, olive?

Ans: All oils are bad .

Qn: What is the routine checkup one should go through? Is there any
specific test?

Ans: Routine blood test to ensure sugar, cholesterol is ok. Check BP,
Treadmill test after an echo.

Qn: What are the first aid steps to be taken on a heart attack?

Ans: Help the person into a sleeping position , place an aspirin tablet
under the tongue with a sorbitrate tablet if available, and rush him to a
coronary care unit since the maximum casualty takes place within the first
hour.

Qn: How do you differentiate between pain caused by a heart attack and
that caused due to gastric trouble?

Ans: Extremely difficult without ECG.


Qn: What is the main cause of a steep increase in heart problems amongst
youngsters? I see people of about 30-40 yrs of age having heart attacks
and serious heart problems.

Ans: Increased awareness has increased incidents. Also, edentary
lifestyles, smoking, junk food, lack of exercise
in a country where people
are genetically three times more vulnerable for heart attacks than
Europeans and Americans.

Qn: Is it possible for a person to have BP outside the normal range of 12
0/80 and yet be perfectly healthy?

Ans: Yes.

Qn: Marriages within close relatives can lead to heart problems for the
child. Is it true?

Ans : Yes, co-sanguinity leads to congenital abnormalities and you may not
have a software engineer as a child

Qn: Many of us have an irregular daily routine and many a times we have to
stay late nights in office. Does this affect our heart ? What precautions
would you recommend?

Ans : When you are young, nature protects you against all these
irregularities. However, as you grow older, respect the biological clock.

Qn: Will taking anti-hypertensive drugs cause some other complications
(short / long term)?

Ans : Yes, most drugs have some side effects. However, modern
anti-hypertensive drugs are extremely safe.

Qn: Will consuming more coffee/tea lead to heart attacks?

Ans : No.

Qn: Are asthma patients more prone to heart disease?

Ans : No.

Qn: How would you define junk food?

Ans : Fried food like Kentucky , McDonalds , samosas, and even masala
dosas.

Qn: You mentioned that Indians are three times more vulnerable. What is
the reason for this, as Europeans and Americans also eat a lot of junk
food?

Ans: Every race is vulnerable to some disease and unfortunately, Indians
are vulnerable for the most expensive disease.

Qn: Does consuming bananas help reduce hypertension?

Ans : No.

Qn: Can a person help himself during a heart attack (Because we see a lot
of forwarded emails on this)?

Ans : Yes. Lie down comfortably and put an aspirin tablet of any
description under the tongue and ask someone to take you to the nearest
coronary care unit without any delay and do not wait for the ambulance
since most of the time, the ambulance does not turn up.

Qn: Do, in any way, low white blood cells and low hemoglobin count lead to
heart problems?

Ans : No. But it is ideal to have normal hemoglobin level to increase your
exercise capacity.

Qn: Sometimes, due to the hectic schedule we are not able to exercise. So,
does walking while doing daily chores at home or climbing the stairs in
the house, work as a substitute for exercise?

Ans : Certainly. Avoid sitting continuously for more than half an hour and
even the act of getting out of the chair and going to another chair and
sitting helps a lot.


Qn: Is there a relation between heart problems and blood sugar?

Ans: Yes. A strong relationship since diabetics are more vulnerable to
heart attacks than non-diabetics.

Qn: What are the things one needs to take care of after a heart operation?


Ans : Diet, exercise, drugs on time , Control cholesterol, BP, weight..

Qn: Are people working on night shifts more vulnerable to heart disease
when compared to day shift workers?

Ans : No.

Qn: What are the modern anti-hypertensive drugs?

Ans : There are hundreds of drugs and your doctor will chose the right
combination for your problem, but my suggestion is to avoid the drugs and
go for natural ways of controlling blood pressure by walk, diet to
reduce weight and changing attitudes towards lifestyles.

Qn: Does dispirin or similar headache pills increase the risk of heart
attacks?

Ans : No.

Qn: Why is the rate of heart attacks more in men than in women?

Ans : Nature protects women till the age of 45.

Qn: How can one keep the heart in a good condition?

Ans : Eat a healthy diet, avoid junk food, exercise everyday, do not smoke
and, go for health checkup s if you are past the age of 30 ( once in
six months recommended) ....

NAK SLIM !

nak slim ke nak kurus?
tak sama ke slim ngn kurus..hehe...pikir la sendiri..
aku suka slim..tak suka kurus :P

kalau org laki..sesuai ker guna perkataan slim?kurus lagik sesuai kot
masa posa aritu dan sebelum posa, selepas checkup ,suami ku dah jaga pemakanan
memang jaga la minyak2 tak makan..takut kolestrol
bila aku masak...siap kena soal jawab dulu ,guna minyak zaitun ke minyak biasa ...


balik kampung pon org tegur dia kurus..
masa tu tengah dok masak2 kat dapur..aku borak2 la ngn mak mentua ni

"aritu dia demam semingg mak..,pastu hantu dah kuar badan..tu dah baik tu"
"laa patut la nampak kurus "

aku dok kata dalam hati...kalau lah aku tak cerita yg abg ali ni demam..ntah2 mak dok pikiaq aku tak masak bagi laki makan kot kan..tu anak dia kurus hehehe

pastu hati aku dok kata lagik ,kalau lah mak tau anak dia dok bangun masak sahur aritu..mesti dia kata lagik...ooo patut la kurusssssssssss



aku suruh pose nak tunjuk perut dia yg macam perempuan ngndung 4 bulan (kira dah susut sket la),
sebelum ni ala2 6 bulan punya perut hehehe..jgn marah nanaaaa...combi gurau jaaaa ni



tak sempat nak pose..aiman sebok nak peluk bapak dia nak masuk camera gak


jadik untuk mengekal misi menjaga badan ni..kami...aku dan abg ali..nana dan combi ..haha tiba2 mai angin penang lak dah mengambil keputusan..tak mau makan waktu malam..means tak nak makan berat2 lak...takat buah2 atau benda2 bersup sahaja cewaaahhh


tapi aku ni tak kuat dugaannnn sbb aku cepat lapaqqqqq..kalau makan bertambah lak tu..

oowwhh lagik satu kenapa aku nak diet ...sebab aku takut badan naik ..sebab aku sekarang dah tukar pil marvelon.....jadik sgt takut berat badan naik tanpa disedari
sebab dulu badan aku naik aku tak sedar diri sehinggalah kawan sekolah lama aku..aida, tak kenal aku sebab badan aku naik...

pastu pulak....

"tak naakkkk" ....ooooiiit nanaaaaaa..ni bukan salah cek nana oooiiii
hehehe



dalam kata nak diet tu kan.....tengok la apa yg ku mkn tgh tadi
tengok lauk seme sedap kat restoran mat ayam kampung tu...

10 JENIS MAKANAN ANTI KOLESTROL

sebelum keluarkan entri showhouse..meh kite tengok makanan diet pulak..yer la..kesihatan kena jaga..kang nak dok umah besar..tapi tak sehat..tak bahagia jugak kan

aku takut gak..dah 3 malam dok makan lewat ni....asben standby..tunggu dia makan sekali..huhuu takutnya aku nak timbang
dia pon dah bunyik takut dia gemuk :P

meh kite tengok ada kite makan tak makanan2 ni


1. SOYA (aku tak makan air soya,tauhu makan,kicap makan)
Kacang soya merupakan makanan popular yg diproses untk mendapatkan Kacang
soya mengandungi 48% protein, lesitin, vitamin & zat galian.Ia juga Dpt
menghidarkan penyakit jantung & kencing manis. Kaya kalsium & Mineral yg
membantu memecah lemak. Ia membantu menyusutkan kadar Lemak jahat (LDL) dan
meningkatkan kadar lemak baik (HDL)

2. KUACI (makan ..sbb asben kaki koci..mesti ada standby dlm kete sbb dia ngntuk)
Kuaci mempunyai kandunan zat besi. Pola pemakanan yg rendah dgn zat besi
boleh menaikkan kadar kolestrol LDL sekali gus menghadkan kolestrol HDL.
Mulakan pengambilan kuaci jenis tawar seperti dari jenis labu atau bunga
matahari untuk menambah zat besi serta mengurangkan kolestrol.

3. BUAH KERING (ermmm ni tak kerap mkn..)
Antar pelbagai jenis buah kering, limau kering adalah yg paling banyak
mengandungi flavanoid. Pengambilannya mampu menyingkirkan lebihan lemak LDL
sehingga dapat mengurangkan risiko sserangan jantung. Flavanoid juga boleh
diperolehi dalam the, brokoli, tomato, bawang serta delima.

4. EPAL (makannnnnn)
Memakan sebiji epal @ meminum jusnya setiap hari cukup untuk membekalkan
khasiat bagi mengurangkan kandungan kolestrol dalam badan. Kanak-kanak yg
memakan makanan segera dankemudian memakan epal @ minum jusnya, sebenarnya
menyimbangkan kandungan zat dan mencegah berlaku kemak dlm badan.

5. IKAN TUNA (jarang)
termasuk sumber asid lemak omega-3 yg popular, selain salmon dan makarel.
Omega-3 secara khusus melindungi tubuh daripada peningkatan kadar kolestrol LDL.

6. KACANG TANAH (makan)
Kacang tanah yg dipanggang mengandungi lemak sihat dan kaya dengan vitamin
E. Ia boleh menghalang radikal bebas agar tidak merosakkan kolesterol LDL
dan dapat menghindari tubuh daripada serangan jantung.

7. MANGGA (feverettttttttttttt...tp kalau ikut diet darah A..mangga tak sesuai utk aku)
Vitamin C banyak terdapat dalam mangga. Sumber lain : belimbing, kedodong,
betik, rambutan, strawberi dan kiwi. Vitamin C berupaya mencegah kolestrol
LDL dlm tubuh.

8. KISMIS (makann)
Mengandungi sebatian yg mampu menurunkan kolestrol. Sesiap yg mengamalkan
diet dgn 400 kalori kismis setiap hari boleh menurunkan kadar kolestrol dlm
darah sebanyak 8%.

9. OAT (buleh bilang ngn jari brp kali makan tp kalau biskut2 or roti ada oat mmg makan )
Lebih daripada kajian saintifik yg dijalankan telah menunjukkan bahawa
pengambilan oat setiap pagi boleh menurunkan kolestrol dalam darah. Serat
mudah larut dalam oat boleh mengurankan risiko penyakit jantung sekiranya
dijadikan sebahagian diet rendah lemak & kolestrol anda.

10. JAMBU BATU (wahhh ni semestinya makan)
Ia mampu menurunkan paras kolestrol dalam badan sebanyak 18.8%. Disyorkan
mengambilnya setiap hari dalam jumlah mencukupi bagi memastikan khasiatnya
bertindak balas kepada tubuh. Jumlah yg disyorkan ialah 400gm sehari, iaitu
sebiji setengah selama empat minggu. Bagi mereka yang ingin menurunkan
berat badan tanpa melupakan diet seimbang, jambu batu adalah pilihan yg
sesuai.

Cabaran inchi dan kilo

wah2..sempena tahun baru ni..ewahh...tiba2 aku ada azam lak ...dpt ilham masa dlm pantang ni

Aku nk sahut cabaran utk diri ku sdiri...
INCHI dan KILO ?apa persamaan dua benda ni?
>>>>dua2 harus DIKURANGKAN !!!

berat terakhir masa 39wks peknen ialah 66kg ...ini bermakna berat aku bertambah
sebanyak 12kg dari berat sebelum peknen iaitu 54kg.

selepas seminggu bersalin...setelah kluar segala2nya...baki berat yg harus aku usahakan ialah 59kg ..jadinya..aku perlu turunkan berat lagi 7kg utk mencapai target berat yg saye suka 52kg...sbb 54kg pada aku sudah menampakkan diri aku mokmok!


untuk inchi pulak..tmpat yg nak dikurangkan ialah PINGGANG!!
yg atas tak leh nk wat apa dah..redha jer la dgn inchi yg bertambah tu..
yg part bwh nk kurang kan tp takut npk sekeping lak nnt..tak pa la..kekalkan jer bior jadi JLO sket ekkekeke janji tak dak selulit yerr..

so utk pinggang ..aku kena bekerja keras utk kurangkan sekurang2 nya 2 atau 3 inchi tuk kembali ke pinggang sblm peknen..
utk kembali ke pinggang anak dara ku sudah tidak mampu..byk tu nk kurangkan

sila bg sokongan kepada saye hihihii :)

krisis beras

skrg ni kena berjimaat cermat nak makan kan
so aku pon nak tolong kjaan menghadapi masalah ni
jadi aku tak nak la makan nasi byk2..jimat beras la katakan
kalo ada ubi kayu ..aku makan jer...sedap tu ubi kayu rebus cicah sambal tumis
jadi sempena nk berjimat cermat ni..aku nak sahut la seruan kerajaan

aku sekarang dalam ON DIET ..serius diet..
malam2 aku tak makan nasik..makan yg ringan jer..contoh karipap sebijik
atau buah2 han..mangga ka sebijik hihihi

skrg ni amalan diet ku
pagi
roti 2 keping
air milo or air buah peel fresh

tengahari
nasi campur
siram limau (mesti ada limau2 dlm apa jua )

petang
oren sunkist sebijik

malam
sup
buah2

wah harap2 aku dpt ikut diet ku ini..sbb apa ..berat aku dah mencecah 55kg!nak ikut bmi tu
..mmg berat ideal aku 55kg...tapi aku tak leh tgk la ..aku gemok rasa
nak kembalikan ke 51-52 jer ..supaya tak nampak kering sgt..

"oit aida..tak nampak aku ker"aku tegur kwn lama ku masa tersempak kat jusco s2

"laaaaaaa..anaaa ka..aku dah tgk tadi..dlm hati aku ckp..muka cam ana budak ni..tapi gemok"balas kawan ku

"haaaa?aku gemok sgt ker?

"aaa..tgk tu lengan hang ..ish kalo geni tgk ni mau terkejut"

huhu..mungkinkah dulu aku terlalu kering ...hiihihi..(ayat penyedap hati)
sejak itulah aku serius nk diet..sblm ni diet2 ayam jer..

tapi somi ku selalu menguji aku..

program diet gagal pada hari kedua


dah ala2 penyu takdak leher dah muka aku


aku rasa aku nk cuba diet sket ..takut badan naik mendadak lak.maklum ler..usia dh meningkat..metabolisme dh kurang,dulu2 dok pulun nk naikkan berat ..bkn main susah lagik..skrg ni mak aii..sng nau jarum timbang tu meluncur ..


aku hanya nak diet waktu malam ajer ..tak nak mkn nasi lagi. ewah..mlm pertama berjaya..mkn bihun sup sajo..smlm misi fail setelah somiku membeli ikan siakap masak 3 rasa ..terpaksa la aku makan (dlm terpaksa2 tu..nasi bertambah jugak)..sonok la somiku perli aku ajer..nk diet konon!chaiit podah!takper2 akan ku cuba jugak..mengurangkan lapisan perut ini sob sob sob
