1. ikut yr friend suggestion, dapatkan lower interest rate from yr current bank .. insyaallah yr bank will approve within 1-2 months otherwise they will lose their current customer :)
2. dah dapat lower interest rate, after 6 month or 1 year , keluarkan EPF untuk bayar principal every year...
3. every 3 or 5 yr (depend on agreement dgn yr bank), minta lagi revise interest rate dgn bank (if yr rate higher than current rate at that time)
Insyaallah boleh langsaikan b4 10 tahun..
ps: kami habiskan loan rumah RM 170k dlm masa 6yr+ n jimat around 200K .. tu pun sebab lambat tau pasal hal-hal finance rumah)

utk topic nih glad to share dgn u about hsbc amanah..itu pun salah satu cr nak cptkan bayo umah dgn cr refinance umah+dpt cash money+kurangkan thn bayaran..bole refer buku azizi ali (langsaikan hutang rumah kurg dr 5thn) and at the same time rujuk hsbc amanah-kelebihan yg ditawarkan..dgn cr yg sy sebut td u boleh refinance rumah+dpt cash money+kurgkan tempoh bayaran sehingga <10thn..lg menguntungkan..just to share..;-)
